- When we started in business in 1980, a very successful and wise business man told us to always make sure we kept our overhead low and to not overlook the smallest details in all aspects.
- After the downturn in the market from 2008-2013 we have changed our philosophy a bit.
- Bttb (Back to the basics), kiss (keep it simple stupid) now goes like this: we are no longer looking at low overhead structure but now we structure expansion with NO overhead. There is a lot more upfront work in doing this but it pays back with long term dividends. Not only have we made it thru this down turn but we have expanded and are continuing to grow.
